Safety and quality are our highest priorities, which is why we have developed our own safety and quality standard—far stricter than existing legal regulations. Our goal is to continuously improve our environmental practices to contribute to the preservation of our planet.

The quality of the honey we produce has been the hallmark of our family since day one. Through generations, we have kept pace with technology and maintained high standards of quality control in production to bring only the finest honey products to the market.

As our business grew, we encountered the same challenges that consumers face, leading us to question what truly defines high-quality honey and how to ensure that the honey we source from our suppliers meets the highest standards. Today, legal regulations set minimum requirements for a product to be labeled as honey. However, we were never interested in the minimum. Instead, we developed our own quality and safety control standard and introduced a supplier certification system under the "This is Real Honey" seal, built on the principles of safety, traceability, and synergy.

  Safety
All our suppliers must adhere to Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and Good Beekeeping Practices (GBP) to become our partners. After that, and before production begins, we take honey samples and send them for analysis to Eurofins Food Integrity Control Services, the most advanced honey analysis laboratory in the world, located in Germany. Once we receive the results of the physicochemical and microbiological analysis, heavy metal testing, authenticity verification, and organoleptic evaluation, we determine whether the honey meets our strict criteria for production. Only the highest quality honey that complies with all standards proceeds to the production process.
 
 
  Traceability
We believe in complete transparency. That’s why we have created a traceability system that tracks each jar of honey from the hive to your table. Using the LOT number assigned during production, we can verify:
  • Every barrel of honey in the production series, the apiary it comes from, and the supplier who provided it
  • The analysis results for each barrel in production
  • The worker responsible for the production of that honey
  • The jar and lid used in production, as they are in direct contact with the honey
  • When the honey was jarred, when it left the warehouse, and who it was sold to
  • The country of origin
